Meet John David

Real estate has always felt like home to me.

Growing up in a construction family, I developed an appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every home and the communities that surround them. I loved watching neighborhoods take shape, seeing families become homeowners, and witnessing the excitement that comes with beginning a new chapter. Those early experiences sparked a passion that eventually became my profession.

I graduated from The University of Alabama with a double major in Marketing and Management and a specialization in Real Estate. While my education gave me a strong foundation in business, the greatest lessons came from my parents.

Watching my father build and operate his own business taught me integrity, hard work, strategic negotiation, and the importance of always doing the right thing. My mother, who left her corporate career to help grow our family business before becoming a stay-at-home mom, taught me the value of relationships, compassion, and finding joy in serving others.

Those lessons continue to guide every client I have the privilege of working with. My father’s business mindset helps me navigate complex negotiations and an ever-changing market with confidence, while my mother’s warmth reminds me that behind every transaction is a family, a dream, and a story worth celebrating.

Today, I’m proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Hoover, Birmingham, and the surrounding communities as a REALTOR® with ERA King Real Estate. I combine local market knowledge, strategic marketing, and a commitment to exceptional service to help my clients make confident decisions from the first conversation to the closing table—and beyond.
